01 / HAIR STRAIGHTENER DEVELOPMENT

200°C+ in 15 seconds.
Verified at three points.

Front. Center. Rear. See where the temperature was measured and how the plate heated over time.

More insight than a single-point reading.

A single-point measurement shows the temperature at one location. Our three-point test records the front, center and rear of the plate, giving your product team a clearer basis for evaluating heat-up performance.

In a factory test at 230 V with a 260°C setting, all three measured locations on the development unit reached at least 200°C after 15 seconds.

From around 60 seconds onward, the temperature differences between the three locations narrowed and the readings showed a more stable trend. The control design below supports this performance.

  • Temperature sensing inside the heater.
An NTC sensor is positioned inside the metal ceramic heater (MCH).
  • MCU-controlled heater output.
A microcontroller reads the sensor signal and adjusts heater output.
  • Independent upper and lower control.
The upper and lower MCH heaters are temperature-controlled independently.

Factory reference values from a development unit tested at 230 V. Results may vary with operating conditions, supply voltage, measurement method and individual units. The 260°C maximum applies to the European-market development specification. Final specifications, inspection criteria, applicable standards and certification requirements will be determined in accordance with destination-market regulations and agreed project requirements.
